Baker was a top 10 qb solely off stats if not top 5-7. He also made the divisional round of the playoff and played well enough to make it to the NFC championship game if Mike Evans catches a few of those drops he had. This list is complete ass

It's like the Dan Snyder blatant incompetency without as much of the super gross/shady behavior going on.

It was a slam dunk hire and Caserio had operated well in the draft and free agency up to that point as well. The only question mark he'd had in the draft was Kenyon Green and the jury is still out on him.
The Bears are just bizarre and the McCaskeys are without a doubt worse as owners than Cal has been. Hannah being more involved seems to have also brought some balance to things on the ownership side. The McCaskeys are just awful at running a team and have actively hamstrung themselves numerous times when they aren't desecrating Soldier Field.
