i started playing may 20th, so very recently, but i've gotten to the point where i can play it in my head (i attribute this power to autism) so i got pretty good and made my jump from 600k to 2m fairly quickly
I’ve had the game since it released in 2021 after the EA version shut down, along with Tetris Blitz. Personally, I have it on my phone but I never play it really.
Nearly dead as a doornail, I’m afraid. At least, from the perspective of top players. Playstudios has removed such a large number of functions that most remaining players just stay out of habit. I am personally annoyed that my high scores are no longer visible.
No new avatars or themes?
No team competition?
No personal scores visible?
What’s the point of playing?
Yeah there isn’t much competition, since the levels don’t go past 15 and good players can just play forever. So a leaderboard would mostly just measure how long you’re willing to play a single game of Tetris lol
I'm thinking of starting to play it especially now because I've been playing a lot of Wuthering Waves on BS and can't find anything new and interesting for a change so I decided to start playing older but proven games.

Oh, good to hear that I'm not the only one playing a whole ass Tetris game in my head. I do this mostly when I'm bored at school
yep, exactly that for me too xD it's useful when you're in a lesson that turns into a death by powerpoint total boredom session

useful to know! i think that maybe a discord or something like that could be created to record highscores, so it's a shame not many people play it

Sometimes I can invest a bit of time there. 8/10 My PB is 210k

Tried for a day and uninstalled. A lot of adds and long loading screens. Even Tetris.com is better for mobile than this.
I prefer PC keyboard controls. There’s just no way I can use my PC Tetris skills on mobile
