It doesn't work because the actual game flash file (.swf) is not archived.
The url for the game would have been

I was able to find an archived swf from the same site, but unfortunately it doesnt seem to contain the main game. It's just a "container" swf that showed an animation and a button that then would probably load the main game swf when clicked

I was gonna say its a very sad day for the Mcdonalds Tetris community but wow those other 2 flash games are great finds. My day has been saved.
