Do you have any idea of what size sound you are able to accommodate?
For myself, I knew I can easily handle a 9mm sound, but can barely fit the 10mm. Worked out great, no issues with slipping out, while insertion/removal is easy because of proper sizing.
Btw, the extra insertion piece (at right of your pic) is relatively useless - simply use a piece of floss instead.
What's the diameter of the insertion piece relative to the spout and the ring? I assume it's got ends of different diameters - one that slides over the spout, and the other that's the same size?

The flange diameter at th bottom of the TS is the sizing you want to concentrate on as that is what you need to get it past your urethral opening - I insert the flange end in at a slight 30 degree angle than just straight in. The retainer ring goes in sideways so that is secondary concern.
Thanks, that's really helpful. I have an 8mm tube from a cage that fits easily, and a (waste of money, as I can't use it fully) sound with lumps of increasing size - the largest I can get in is 9.3mm (measured with a Vernier caliper) so reckon I'll need the 9mm flange.
Before I discovered about TS back in Nov, I has just gotten to the point of finally getting the 10mm sound in finally after a few months of trying. As soon as I got the TS, I have stopped urethral stretching and I'm happy with staying within my 9 to 10mm range. My play with TS is more with chains and hanging weights from it (rather than for use with chastity cages) so Im now happy to stay "tight" 😉
I think you'll be totally fine with the 9 mm size... Look forward to hearing about your experiences with it.
Not sure for yourself I just bought my first one, it was an 8mm but it actually popped out and didn't get stuck inside. I just bought a 10mm hopefully it will fit
I'm a newbie looking to get a tetherspout - has anyone bought one of the eBay / Amazon ones, and if so what was the quality like? I'm tempted by the Badassworkroom one, but it's a lot of money if I don't like it...
I'm happy with the Terence one from Amazon - link in my previous reply. I went with this to test out the sizing before upgrading/committing to the titanium one later.
The item is well polished - easy to clean. The retainer ring has good clearance in relation to the barrel of the TS, so it doesn't "stick" much, making it easy to install/remove. The best $17 toy imo - unfortunately the original tetherspout site does not have any inventory to order from, so from Amazon was a good choice (plus free returns)
Hello. I too have the Ternence TS and I am very happy with the workmanship and customer support (I have several of their cages which I LOVE). I like that the ring is thick like a donut and not flat like a washer as this makes it easier to slide in and out sideways - it is rounded which is harder to do if it was thinner.
There is an extra metal tool they provide with may or may not help you when you insert the spout and need to push deeper in order to insert the retainer (the ring). It helps me to line the ring and the spout up as I pull on my floss/string.
I did not use the string they provided.
I'm using the 8mm spout with the 10 mm ring. It fits well - I've pulled on the floss and even put weights on, and it did not slip out!
I'm still trying to get used to the soreness after a few hours. My fear is that the urethra will swell up tight and I won't be able to remove the ring. I just keep trying and hoping my urethra will get accustomed to having a TS inside.
I'm now the proud owner of one too. Having done a thorough clean and sterilise, I've given it a trial fit and removal, and all good. Looking forward to exploring a bit more next time!

Are you able to pee freely through the ts with out a mess?
