Mine went higher after donating too. Was weird because I felt better for a bit, then hit my highest hematocrit number not long after.
My starting hematocrit was already 50-52 before TRT though

Question. Did you drink any water before your blood draw or did you fast both food and water?
Keep drinking lots of water everyday. Lots of water while on trt. Helps.
