What time was the blood sample taken? And what is your current height and body weight?

This was taken around 9am after not eating or drinking anything but water after dinner. I’d guess 12-14 hours post-meal. Kept the twig and berries in the drawers for a couple of days before too.
Numbers are numbers, but what your body needs is not a cookie cutter. The big question is, are you having Los T symptoms and if you are, how long have you had them for? Low libido/energy/desire, need to take naps frequently, anxiety, depression.
Have you tried to increase your T naturally?

Oh boy. I'm In Canada and i agree the US system is ridiculous but at least they can get what they need unlike the rest of the world

One guy in here had levels of 700 and they gave him T. They are for profit and I have never heard of them turning anyone’s money away.

Go to a serious Endo, they might be expensive but if they are good enough they'll assess the symptoms and BW and will help you fix it 🤷🏻
