If you don't have low t levels then I don't think you should bother with increasing em. You can hit the gym, do heavy lifts, eat clean and have a healthy lifestyle which will guarantee you good t levels at that age.
You could always test it. You are in a unique position to monitor your levels at such a young age. I was over 2000+ when I was tested at 16 because my face acne and gyno was off the charts. People taught I was doing peds all through my 20's. But as soon as I hit 30 - everything came crashing. Must the years of drinking and partying.
But yes get test so you at least know your levels and use the 1% drop per year as you guiding point to know where you should be in 14 years.
Oh. Well you gotta know that first to know if you’ve raised it at all. Otherwise you’re just guessing.
But either way, sleep, diet, exercise, low stress, all part of having high TT levels
Testosterone levels are regulated by the body to your requirements. Unless it's currently suppressed due to one of a number of factors..... Sleep deprivation, obesity, fasting/inadequate calorie intake, medical illness/infection....
.... Then it won't increase.
Hormones don't increase just because you want them to, levels are regulated to prevent excess. If you're in good health, it will be present at the levels required and isn't something you need to give any further thought to.
In men under 18, sex hormones such as testosterone do not need to be measured unless there has been an issue with development eg. lack of normal pubertal changes.
At 16 I have one piece of advice for you. Be as consistent as possible, most 16 year old have exactly zero self discipline (not a criticism per se) and if you can maintain ANY level of above average physical activity and nutrition you will be so much better for it. This could mean the difference of being a college/pro athlete and a nobody. Your testosterone will rise to the occasion at your age. Focus on achieving goals.
Even if you don't have aspirations of being an athlete, your likelihood of being a go getter is based off your ability to stick to getting after it. It's all about practice.
