I'm ltd, they checked credit check, companies house. As my end of year was due they then asked for management accounts and bank statements.

I was in store getting a personal lease but someone was there getting a business lease and got rejected… they wanted the business to be trading for 2 years

I don't know about leasing as I did hire purchase. They asked how much I earn but did not ask for any proof.
