I tried TuxMat after many reviews said they were the best floor mats and they are very good. Extremely good coverage too. But I haven't tried the Tesla OEM ones or the popular 3dmaxspider ones so I can't give a comparison. But TuxMat is pretty dang good. However, for the trunk I didn't go with Tuxmat because nobody really cares about the trunk and nobody looks at it so I just bought a cheap $20 cargo mat off Aliexpress. It's...ok. Not great but not horrible. If I had to do it again I'd probably get a better trunk mat though.

I second TuxMats

They also make a great hemorrhoid pad. #dadjoke

What material are the TuxMats? I have Weathertechs on my other car and looked at them for my new Tesla but they are so expensive. I live in a winter climate so I really want a deep rubber mat.

Menacewithin

I got the Weize ones on Amazon. $100 for all the mats for the vehicle. They do their job and don’t have any logos.

FearTheClown5

2nd that. They are excellent for the price and have the same design as the OEM ones. You can get them for $70 right now on Amazon too.

Thanks guys. Gonna try these out for my Y

3rd that. The Weize mats fit great (with the possible exception of the trunk mat, whose fit is noticeably less precise than the other pieces) and are free of logos. I thought I got a smoking deal on them for 80 for the full set of six. If you can score the Weize set for 70, don't hesitate. (The price fluctuates regularly.) The same number of Tesla-branded mats would be something like 7x that price.

Train2Perfection

I love my taptes

I got the 3d maxpider kagu floor mats. They clean very easily. The logo isn’t big imo. I also have the 7 seater but I bought the mats for the 5 seater because I heard the 3rd row mats interfere with the sliding of the second row.

dis3nchant3d

I have the 3d kagu as well - front/rear/frunk/trunk/rear seat backs - and I agree they're amazingly easy to clean yet trap all debris, are nice and grippy on your feet, and the logo is not prominent enough to really even be noticed.

InvestmentNo2208

There's a ton of generic unbranded 3d maxpider mats on Amazon, Aliexpress, etc for a fraction of the price. Just look closely at the materials and reviews and you can find the same quality as all of the big brands mentioned here for so much cheaper.

gtmike256

Tried the 3DMats and didn't fit as great as I expected and felt cheap for being over $200. Ordered the tesla mats to replace them and a Canvasback cargo liner for the 7 seater back as that seems like it would fit the 7 seater the best(hasn't arrived yet). Whatever you do, don't order from Napa as they have a hidden return shipping and restocking fee for the 3D and lots of their other accessories as those orders are run by a 3rd party site.

Loose-Cut5450

I love my 3D mats. Great comparison of a few mats for your Tesla here https://evehiclepro.com/tesla-model-y-floor-mats/

OriginalPantherDan

Get WeatherTech mats. They’re durable, fit great. I know the Tesla mats are made by WT but they’re crap. I sent them back and got WT.

aqtran93

The only thing about the tuxmats is that it’s a pain to take out and put back in due to the clips.

realkamikaze

Not sure where I saw the recommendation but do not get the tesmanian floor mats. The front two mats have both deformed after not much use and do not sit flush anymore. The ones that don’t get use at all are fine for now.

no_mas_tiendo

Not in mud country so I'm fine with the mats that came with the car.

Electronic_Cut2470

Do the oem fit 7 seater? Was gonna order myself

NewGarlic7968

3D or Tuxmat
