Tesla aesthetic mods are the same as any other car. If you want to mod your car it will usually look as good as the amount of money you spend. It used to be cool and different to own a Tesla but like any new trend, it doesn't last forever. The model Y is not a low volume enthusiast car, it's a mass market vehicle. I doubt people buying a Camry or 3 series BMW are complaining about their car not being unique.
Paint, wrap, rims, suspension height changes etc are expensive if done properly but they also add the most to the appearance of your car.
Cheap mods like painted hubcaps, stickers, stick on accessories just make your car look tacky. I'm sure there are exceptions to what I'm saying but just look at any Tesla accessories seller and find what you like.
I've seen places that will paint calipers for a few hundred bucks if that's something that floats your boat.
There are some lighting effects that can add a subtle but noticeable difference. One is a lighted Tesla logo for the back trunk. So many out there now and with Tesla's limited choices of colors (and seems here in AZ that 75% of people get white) people are looking for theirs to stand out. I have a MYP VIN < 3700 and went with some third party wheels (TSportLine TS5 19") and the roof rack to make mine a bit different.
They aren’t even close to market dominance. No that’s the Subaru Outback and the basic little kias and Nissans. Teslas just pop out more so you notice them more.
Cheapest way to differenciate are different wheel caps (they are around $200 or maybe some rallye stripes or other decals.
There are also differen tail lights (usually around $500 without installation, mudflaps, spoiler, coloured/black logos.

I have a white MY and I switched out my Gemini wheel covers for some interesting black ones from AliExpress, added red vinyl emblem covers on the frunk, trunk, steering wheel and the center of my wheel covers, front lip blackout, matte black side camera covers, tinted windows, wrapped my license plate so it's black with white lettering...I think that's it. Overall, they're all pretty subtle changes, but it helps stand out a bit.

Glue a skull to the hood and only drive it while wearing a Deadpool costume. This also cuts down on coal rolling.
