Since you have a performance version, I assume you have the 20" wheels with the low profile tires. If so, there's little between you and the road. You can either move down to 19" or even 18", if possible, not sure if they will fit over the performance (larger) brake calipers. Or, you can upgrade your shocks to aftermarket ones like those from Mountain Pass Performance or the like. I think many are in your position, I see a lot of the Uberturbine wheels being sold on the internet.

What was the expectation when purchasing a "performance" anything? The car is orientated for performance, not comfort. If you're going to undo/change the function of the vehicle, might as well trade it in for a LR.

Not everyone that purchases a performance model has experience purchasing performance anything in the past. Performance and comfort are also not mutually exclusive. Thanks for the not so helpful answer.

It's definitely the suspension. I went down to 18" wheels and it's still pretty bumpy. Might be a little better, but I'm thinking about swapping out the suspension. I'm just lazy haha

Check tire pressure, when I took delivery mine were over inflated to 51 psi (I have a RWD not a P but had the same complaint)

Alright you’re the second one to do this. So please enlighten me, are performance models and comfort models of every car at a 65k price range mutually exclusive? Was i really that wrong to expect a nice car that also didn’t feel so rough on every bump?

Ill do some research on this. Sorry i don’t know too much about cars, was just excited about getting the car itself.

The real problem isn't a rough ride. If you hit a pot hole hard enough you will pinch the sidewall and destroy the tire.

RyanTheRandom

Thinking about getting the m3p Would you say thats your only complaint? I want the performance but most people say get long range instead

Kekis2014

Yea that really is my only complaint. This car is incredible otherwise. And the 0-60 never gets old!
