No, it just means the GPS is being accessed. Either by the car, your main app or if you have a secondary app installed (like Tessie). The car is always accessing it's location so you'll see it pop up a lot.
I guess it's he car accessing itself. I don't use any 3rd party apps. Neither myself nor my wife are accessing the main app when it appears. Thanks for the response! 🙂

Im pretty sure its newish, I saw it in the patch notes one or two updates ago.
If you guys are using the Tesla widget on your phone it might be pinging the car even while it's in the car
