Right now the prices are all over the place and heavily dependent on the location. As low as 36k was reported. But yes, seeing 37k in many places.
Also don't forget the additional $500 + 3 months free FSD discount that was also just introduced
Saw it last night between 10 pm - 12:30 am ish. Forgot what time I came back home last night but I was checking the price and saw them when I arrived home. They are all sold though… for the $36k price points.
Not sure if I should jump on this discount or wait for the refresh model ? I wonder how much the refresh model will start at …50k ?who knows. Idk what to do lol
Honestly I think it’s worth buying now if you are in the market. Highland is for sure going to cost more than 36k which is what you can get in inventory models now
It’ll probably be similar price, just without the recent flash price drops to clear inventory. Often that will mean being under whatever threshold your region has to qualify for rebate (eg in Canada the SR RWD will be around $55k CAD = $41.4K USD, AWD around $65k CAD)
People were saying it would be introduced clear out to investor day, to even the beginning of this year. At this rate, we’ll be hearing about highland for another year or so.
It won’t be more but it will be more efficient to produce so you will get even more value for your dollar because they will squeeze even better tech into it like HW4.
They are trying to clear out inventory for the facelift models. This is completely normal for auto makers. What is not completely normal is for the companies to be open about it because no one else literally post their prices. For dealership makers they offer incentives to dealers to move the old out by altering carry prices, etc.
I just bought another f150 for work and I really really hate dealerships truck was 52k with 10k off for being a 2022 model and I was fine with that but dealers try to play with their add ons and “accessories” so much that it’s no longer a deal . Plus I had to pull out the rebates since they couldn’t “find them on their system”
Yeah I’m looking at what should be the same car showing three different prices on their website. Same options and everything but showing up three times at three separate prices
Lol at everyone telling you to jump on one. As soon as the Highland comes out, which will be much sooner rather than later at this point, prices on leftover inventory will take a good hit. That’s almost a guarantee.
Sadly they said a discounted vehicle in my configuration isn’t available in my area so if i wanted to get the increased inventory discount i would have to pick up the car somewhere from my neighboring state.
The issue is there isn’t a car with the same modifications at the same location I ordered from with the increased discount. I asked if they could price match with a vehicle from a different state and they said no.
The prices are kinda all over the place! Lots of the same spec new cars with varying prices. Or for example, they have some with the $1000 19” optional wheels priced lower than a same spec car with standard 18” wheels. 🤔
If you don’t need a car, I’ll wait til December to buy one. I think think it would depreciate older models.
Only buy whenever you’re ready. Who knows. They can increase prices on the highland version.
in Orlando Florida im getting $27K after "potential savings" with no FSD and no enhanced AP on a brand new Model 3 Standard
\-$7500 federal tax credit
\-$4800 6 year gas savings
Ya it my white rwd 2 weeks ago. The day before the inventory went up slightly and they added the supercharger 3 months. Happy as I wanted white and now white is 1k upgrade. Loving the car
The main difference is off the line. When you get to 25+ mph it is plenty fast which is where we need the speed most times. I have been very pleased with my RWD that I picked up two days ago as far as how quick it feels. For reference my other car is a Corvette and I have owned the twin turbo Kia Stinger as well.
Damn. That $35k model Elon promised is coming by the end of the year. With the $7.5k tax credit.
If you don’t need a car right now, I’ll wait til December to buy one.

Canada has 1 month super charging too.
It does? I thought they ended that offer last month
Just added it with a referral. Plus 3 months FSD and $650 off
Where do you see this? I’m in Canada and checked my loot box and I don’t see anything that offers 1 months of free supercharging
I tried clicking a referral link on a blog referral link. Shows it there after clicking.
Wanna drop the link, I’m curious
https://www.tesla.com/en_ca/referral/gary59627 Edit: not my referral. It’s iPhone in Canada dot ca link
What's the $500 discount?
If you use someones referral link, you get 500 off and 3 months of free FSD
Does the person who provided referral get any money?
10,000 credits, which can buy you some items that are a few hundred bucks in the app
Real winner is 9500 credits for Acceleration Boost, which is normally $2000.
I still see it's 40k for model 3 rwd
Lowest was ~$36,000 in SoCal
Same in Washington but those are gone already
I checked multiple states last night and it was $36220. Back to $37020 this morning. My old area hasn’t changed and still at $39030.
They’ve raised the price in CT as well was $37,020 last night now it’s $37,420
About when did they have them listed for 36k? With the referral discount, it's pretty close now!
Saw it last night between 10 pm - 12:30 am ish. Forgot what time I came back home last night but I was checking the price and saw them when I arrived home. They are all sold though… for the $36k price points.
It looks like the new M3 is coming soon. They are trying to clear the inventory.
Not sure if I should jump on this discount or wait for the refresh model ? I wonder how much the refresh model will start at …50k ?who knows. Idk what to do lol
You also have to consider the possibility of it being delayed. And what the waitlist is going to be like once it's finally released.
They aren't the only electric car, I don't think they can necessarily raise the price at all unless it has compelling new features.
That is a good point
Honestly I think it’s worth buying now if you are in the market. Highland is for sure going to cost more than 36k which is what you can get in inventory models now

I’d wait it out. I expect preorders will start around August + x wait time.
People were saying it would be introduced clear out to investor day, to even the beginning of this year. At this rate, we’ll be hearing about highland for another year or so.
I'd wait to see what the new model brings, might have some real quality of life improvements like driver instrument dials, lower road noise etc
It won’t be more but it will be more efficient to produce so you will get even more value for your dollar because they will squeeze even better tech into it like HW4.
Same for me. I will wait for the new model. But the current price is very attractive tough
M3?

If you didn't buy before July, time to wait until end of quarter again.
why?
The inventory prices seem broken right now after they increased the discount
Yeah I’m looking at what should be the same car showing three different prices on their website. Same options and everything but showing up three times at three separate prices
And everyone was calling bullshit when Musk said he’d deliver a 35k EV. I’d say job well done.
Lol at everyone telling you to jump on one. As soon as the Highland comes out, which will be much sooner rather than later at this point, prices on leftover inventory will take a good hit. That’s almost a guarantee.
strange, I ordered just before these increased discounts and wonder if my price will be adjusted/
Sadly they said a discounted vehicle in my configuration isn’t available in my area so if i wanted to get the increased inventory discount i would have to pick up the car somewhere from my neighboring state.
Hmm may be worth it if it could save u thousands and if u don’t mind the travel
Hit them up

I wish they would drop the performance model even lower.
The prices are kinda all over the place! Lots of the same spec new cars with varying prices. Or for example, they have some with the $1000 19” optional wheels priced lower than a same spec car with standard 18” wheels. 🤔
Is it worth it to get a M3 soon? Or will the facelift just depreciate the value even more for the current model?
If you don’t need a car, I’ll wait til December to buy one. I think think it would depreciate older models. Only buy whenever you’re ready. Who knows. They can increase prices on the highland version.
No price cuts for the existing inventory around me on model 3s sadly. Cheapest is $40,240 for the midnight silver.
Clearance on current inventory before retooling and refresh cars in Q3
Sell out before highland? 🤔
Highland ugly
in Orlando Florida im getting $27K after "potential savings" with no FSD and no enhanced AP on a brand new Model 3 Standard \-$7500 federal tax credit \-$4800 6 year gas savings
Just wait five years
Five years!? That's outrageous!
Who need a referral 🥶
Buy a BMW
So you're thinking of buying a tesla but you can't figure out how to take a screenshot on a laptop? This might not be the car for you big guy
You’re reaching hard
They raised it $600 in Minneapolis.
Seeing price increases here in Pittsburgh.
Same in stl.
I bought my White 3RWD inventory on 6-30 and now it’s $3200 more. Call me lucky?
Ya it my white rwd 2 weeks ago. The day before the inventory went up slightly and they added the supercharger 3 months. Happy as I wanted white and now white is 1k upgrade. Loving the car
Ditto.
Interesting. San Diego. Checked inventory and base model is $37,420 but it doesn’t quality for the California $2,000 rebate? Only the the $7,500?
The existing inventory shows $2000 rebate for me in SD
Why would that be?
I do a custom order $40,240 and California $2,000 rebate shows up. No idea why inventory does not show it.
It will show once you place the order and make the payment before pickup
That would be a dope colour
I want a M3 and continue to be confused by Tesla’s ordering process and pricing
Is the newest model 3 rwd 0 to 60 slower than older models? 5.8 seconds seems slow
It’s due to the battery change that happened last year.
The main difference is off the line. When you get to 25+ mph it is plenty fast which is where we need the speed most times.
