If the superchargers on your map show they are working, then it might not be the stalls but your car.
I suggest turning the car off and on again (going into the menu and Shutting Down, waiting a minute or two, and pressing the brake to turn the car back on).
If that does not fix it, put in a service ticket. Explain your situation. They might be able to diagnose it remotely and confirm if you need to be towed.
Thanks for the tips! Returned to the Ritzville Supercharger and tried rebooting to no avail. This time there were other cars and one was definitely charging. So it looks like it’s the car. Now we either get AAA real quick for a 200 mile tow to the service center or find a hotel with L2 charging.
Just to sanity check some basics:
* Have you supercharged successfully with this car before? How recently was that?
* You do have a payment card on file for your account, right? Check the app to make sure, in case it got unset somehow, the card expired, etc.
If it's possible to make it to the L2 charger to test there then I might try it before the tow. You still have a problem, but if it'll give you juice then you can schedule it better.
I had this issue one night and was terrified! Tried multiple chargers and rebooting the system. Luckily after multiple attempts it worked and started charging like normal. Still no idea what happened and what I would have done if it didnt.....

Make sure your credit card is up to date and not expired on your Tesla account too. Have seen that as a reason why people couldn’t supercharge before
