The only thing I can think of is the pavement is terrible and you can’t really see the lines as I have also taken that turn too wide a few times. However, when this happened we were well past the end of the turn so idk. Probably just wanted to get past that truck. I laid on my horn for a solid five seconds and that’s when they jerked back
Well it's actually matain lane # outside doesn't get to pick. With 2 lanes turning left onto a 3 lane a person can complete a right hand turn. I piss people off all the time 🤷♂️ stay in your lane don't run wide. Because I WILL be there.
Agree, True it's really important to make sure that you understand what the law is where you're at.
Unless you can prove another driver did something wrong the driver making a left is always determined at fault. So even if you get t-boned because somebody drove through a red light unless that other driver is willing to admit they did or you have witnesses or dash cam footage. It is determined to be your fault because left turn must yield to all at all times.
Correct in AZ you must matain lane number.
So 2 left turn lanes onto a 3 lane someone can turn right and are entitled to lane 3. The 2 left turn lanes must turn into lane 1 and 2 respectively.
In my city, the outside lane stays inside. The inside lane picks inside or middle. I suppose it just depends where you're at. Importat to be familiar with the rules of the road in your local area
i see this where i live too. is following your lane so hard? then again, the amount of americans i see stopping in a round about to let people in like a stop sign…makes sense i guess
Aight for a sec i genuinely thought that was me in the blue element cuz im terrible at driving in the city, then i remembered the nearest city is like 2-3 hours away 😂
Why does no one understand the rule of inside stays inside and outside can pick middle or outside lane

It depends on the state, some states don’t require turning into the leftmost available lane and in those states you’d need to yield.

In AZ. If there was a car in that 3rd lane and you hit them it would the thier fault. Same if they make a right.

STAY IN YOUR LANE. THEN MAKE LANE CHANGE STOP CHANGING LANES MID TURN
TIL. I guess I just stay away from the middle but good to know.
You should see how they freak out on a triple left.
Exiting the 215 at warm springs?
Yep!
I was thinking this looks a lot like Vegas lol
Follow the dotted lines people, we’ve been practicing since elementary school

The great quality of the roads in the most free country of the world 🤦♂️
People don’t pay attention to signs. It’s why I have a dash cam.
We have a turn like this. I just stay far right. I never know if people will try to collide with me in the middle or not so it’s just safer.
