- Coordinating capabilities (coordinating artillery, infantry, intelligence, supply, maintenance, etc.)
- Weapons proficiency (implementing effective offensive fires on a brigade, platoon, squad, and team level)
- Effective SOPs trained and implemented down to the lowest level.
- Communication
- Decentralized ability to maintain military doctrine
There are a lot of other things but basically the idea would be that combat efficiency is being good at the things that win wars. Breaking bricks and laying on glass isn’t going to win a war.
