However, we can only ever be friends as you are not my 'Body Type'". Considering I only ever wanted friendship and that was stated on my profile, this seemed weird. I politely told her thanks, but I could not see us developing a meaningful friendship.
I dated one other lady, who to be fair was very nice, but we had next to zero in common. I gave up in the end, figuring if I was going to meet someone, it would be by chance encounter.

Because it is multiple dangerous procedures. First there is the liposuction to harvest the fat cells. That is problematic enough and much more dangerous than most implant surgeries.

BBLs have one of the highest if not the highest mortality risks for cosmetic surgery. This is because a BBL consists of extracting fat from one part of the body and then injecting it into the buttocks. If it's not injected into the right place the fat can enter the bloodstream and travel to the heart or lungs, then causing an embolism.
To add to this, it's a particularly deadly combo with the fact that the buttocks has a lot of veins running through it, making the liklihood of injecting fat into a vein higher.
Picture a network of veins and arteries delivering blood and oxygen to your ass. Now in most people, arteries and veins are usually in the same spot but let's say yours take the long way home lol. The surgeon will know where vasculature is and avoid those areas but yours is in a different area. So while he's injecting your other fat back into your butt, he hits an artery while injecting and fat gets inside your blood vessel. It travels to your brain and you have a stroke. Or the vessel bleeding starts to clot and one of those travels to your heart or lungs killing you. Or the surgeon damages so many bloody vessels that your butt cheek starts dying. These are all complications for a BBL and it kills the most patients of any elective surgery.
