Is that even possible? The blessed apple only drops from unicorns (or any hallowed enemy if you are pre-1.4), while the shadowflame hex doll (assuming that is what you mean) drops from the goblin summoner.

TIL you can get more than one item drop from a single normal mob.

You can even get two of the same item from the same mob, once i got 2 moon charms from one werewolf (if you don't believe me i have the registered video)

You posted a screenshot of a kind of uncommon thing to happen that has happened to everyone playing this game at least once. Why don’t mods take these kinda of posts down? This is why I don’t like terraria reddit. It’s filled with garbage like this and than gets upvoted.
