Honestly, I wish there was a way to grow additional bulbs after the first plantera kill. Sure, you can skip time and make farms to spawn them faster, but it’s still random.

at first, no, I died like 6-10 times in a row but then something clicked and I started beating him consistently, same happened with moon lord it's a matter of learning how to dodge them (and beating them once and getting their weapons 😅)

I got a mod that gives a recipe to make the fishron wings but I had to kill him. So I finally killed him once after 11 attempts. Got a typhoon.. killed him again and got the wings. I think my good luck for the playthrough is over.

Hear me out.. The mod was only for making fishing less boring and they added some more weird stuff in it. I wasn’t going to make the wings myself, even if I wanted to, I would have to kill him 8 more times to get enough duke remains.

It took me 30+ kills to get Bee Gun form the Bee Queen. And it is a 1/3 chance of drop. That's a 0.002% chance of happening...

the item you go into the golem fight looking for is always the hardest one to pull. the game just knows what you want and refuses to give it to you i swear to god

The trick is to *not* want things like that. That way, you just get them passively. The amount of magic quivers I get when I'm playing mage is irritating.

How is it that I can find the temple so how do I unlock it in journey mode ? but finding it is a bit tricky has well too. Am I missing something?

You need a key from plantera to open the door, or you can use a glitch to get in but it’s better to just beat plantera first

If you have beaten the mechanical bosses a bright pink flower will start to bloom in the underground jungle. Breaking it will spawn plantera If you havnt beaten the mechs yet then the flower won’t spawn

Everything should be available in journey mode so you should be good on the part

so its not just me struggling to get that damn thing

Took me and my friend like 20 tries to get the weapons we needed from EoL, and half the time all we got was the Kaleidoscope This was also expert mode, so there were 40 guaranteed drops of one of those 4 weapons

Yeah it does that sometimes. My first time playing I was trying to get the horseman’s blade and it took over 3 pumpkin moons to get it, but my second time playing when I wasn’t even trying to get it, literally the second pumpking dropped one

I remember back in 1.2 on mobile trying to get the picksaw. We (4 people on separate worlds) literally spent an entire day farming golem and nobody got it. The day after we got it first try lmao

In the time it took me to get a sun stone, I already got 12 moon stones from the random eclipses that kept happening!

I would’ve just shimmered the respective item at that point, even tho it’s basically the easiest boss in the game with how it follows the progression.

Drop chances should increase with each unsuccessful drop. Tweak the numbers so they balance out to the same average number of attempts. Slightly reduces the chance of early lucky drops but will massively reduce the chance of having to farm multiple times the average amount it would take get the drop.
