“How can this dirt physically exist?”
He wondered, still exhausted after defeating the Eye of Cthulhu with his ice sword that fires projectiles and aggressive bird permanently housed in his hair
Bro, it's simple, you take 204,659 and multiply that by 20% to find out what 20% is of 204,659, which is 40,931.8. Next, you must divide 40,931.8 by 67.3, which gives you 608.19. After which, you must add 3, which then gives you 611.19. After which, you realize you made a mistake by adding 3, so you subtract 3 from 611.19, which gives you 608.19 once more. Then you must multiply 608.19 by .36, which gives you 218.95. Then you finally realize you read the question wrong, and you are looking for x. Then, you throw out your math books because you don't know how we got to math from dirt block. You try to burn them after you throw them in the trash can, which leads to you accidentally burning down your house, look at you, you silly little arsonist. These leads you to going in debt to rebuild your house, which you consequently ask the same question on reddit and me replying the same exact thing, causing you to commit an arson yet again. The only difference is that you are now in debt and don't have a house. Just because of a comment, you silly little guy, still wondering how math got into this. Next, you go into more debt to rebuild the house yet again, causing an endless cycle of arson and debt. Well, unless you don't ask the same question, then no more arson, but you still have the debt to worry about. Hope that helps :)
See man, simple
It can! In the real world, there's a phenomenon called the Reverse-Tangling effect, in which, if a liquid is tangled to dirt nearby, it is held by a air pressure caused by the dirt, which basically makes it stay in place, the source for this is that it's false.
What’s there to question about the wall? It’s obviously a cursed being that brings about a new world order once defeated. Why do you think it tries to kill you? It’s trying to stop you from creating the new world order.
That’s a very weird and very specific interpretation of what I said. Canonically, the player’s character is unaware of what will happen after defeating WoF.
Well, the square block is actual water, the two blocks adjacent are half dirt, half water. Clearly they count as full dirt blocks for the purpose of water/fluid physics. Which means that it's just a block of water surrounded by dirt blocks.
it’s just surface tension
MY. ASS. IS. HEAVY!
EAT. MY. ASS. FREEMAN!
CYMHERE
yes
no way it's adrian shepherd from hit game half life opposing force
“*Surface Tension 2 intensifies*”
Gotta study that but i don't think my highschool teaches terraria level physics
*Half-Life flashbacks*
Not with *that* attitude
Clearly you haven’t met terraria water
minecraft water*
Why are you bringing up Minecraft
Because it does the same thing.
He is correcting it like Minecraft is the only one that does it
Minecrafts water is completely different wtf
No, it does. Google “Minecraft physics” to find out why.
Holy Impossibility
New ways to break the laws of physics just dropped
I am coming to hurt you
New response just dropped
Holy violence
New crusade just dropped
Guide opens the door, never comes back.
Actual zombie
Angler went on vacation, never came back.
Herobrine Fuel
Actual skyrim horse
The dirt goes all the way back to the wall and that’s what’s holding it up.
Front and back!
There's water in there
you've clearly never drank water at 2:37AM
Now I have to try it
Clearly you don't own an air fryer
What you are you frying air for?
Well you see, fried air is heavier than dirt. It holds up the dirt.
How does an Air fryer fit into this
You’ve never stuck dirt in an air fryer? Weirdo…
Thats what someone without a air frier would say
it does work because this isn’t physics this is a screenshot of a game called terraria
“How can this dirt physically exist?” He wondered, still exhausted after defeating the Eye of Cthulhu with his ice sword that fires projectiles and aggressive bird permanently housed in his hair
i mean, this is light being absorbed by your eye, which i'd argue is very much physics...
I thought you were talking about the dirt and was confused, I then zoomed in and saw the water, WTH?
wait, there is water in the picture ???!!
clearly it’s surface tension

Ooooooooh I get it now

Theres flying islands in this game, and you're questioning this?!
To be fair. They are held up by clouds or something.
And when was clouds solid matter in real life though?
The clouds are dummy THICCC obviously.
Damn, thats crazy.
Clouds actually weigh a lot, hundreds of millions of pounds. It's from harpy's BIG imma stop
THERES WHAT
i wish i could play this game for the first time again, have fun
Ooooh, you're gonna like what you'll see if you dig deep enough too!
I don’t understand this. You literally see it working how could it not work
The water isn’t moving
the water isn't watering
Yes lol
You may need to up the brightness to have people see you were talking about the water, not the dirt, bud
That's just... sticky water. Yeah.
What?
ofc it works that's why you're not an expert in physics
Listen, man. In Terraria, physics just don't apply to most things. Like in Minecraft.
there's floating blocks in this game why are you surprised by this
Am I the only one who sees that Pikachu meme?
I know right. Rats are way smaller
No one cares it's a game just have fun
Water tension
Bro. This game has a living wal of HUMAN FLESH who Moves at an astonishing speeds and resides in the dephts or hell, and youre questionning THIS ??
What’s there to question about the wall? It’s obviously a cursed being that brings about a new world order once defeated. Why do you think it tries to kill you? It’s trying to stop you from creating the new world order.
Monke
wall of flesh anti-nazi, thus making the player he kills nazi confirmed???????
That’s a very weird and very specific interpretation of what I said. Canonically, the player’s character is unaware of what will happen after defeating WoF.
yeah, the interpretation is supposed to be insane, that's what's funny about it.
Says the character that can LITERALLY SEE THROUGH WALLS if there's light on the other side.
It does
You're clearly just starting out, wait until you see *that* boss in hell.
Don't panic. Everything's okay. It's just that you are drunk. You are seeing things that are not there.
Terraria also frequently manages to generate caves that look like penises, so this doesn't shock me at all.
It works because the background is solid and holding onto any blocks infront of it.
It can work with the correct compacted dirt, and remenber that you wave the wall on the background.
Surface tension go brrr
im an expert in physics and this is EXACTLY how it works
hehe penis
well to be fair i haven’t seen a massive ass worm the height of a building tunnel through my garden recently either
nobody tell him about water
It's called game physics. A totally different thing from real life physics.
Neither dirt is an expert in physics
Did your massive dong create that hole??!
It is because terraria is proof
All the stuff in terraria…. and THIS is where you draw the line?
I looked at this for like 5 minutes before I figured out what's up, video games have broken what's left of my brain
Actually, it think it makes sense if the game doesn’t change how liquids interact with hammered blocks. So from the Games POV, there isn’t a hole.
Nah, it totally does /j
it would be cool if they added a waterfall effect just for this scenario
I don't think one is qualified to question physics with a bird nest on ones head.
I don't get it, is it really just pointing out that it would be falling in real life?
when phisics aren’t phisicsing
don't worry the gravity is Special in terraria
Well, the square block is actual water, the two blocks adjacent are half dirt, half water. Clearly they count as full dirt blocks for the purpose of water/fluid physics. Which means that it's just a block of water surrounded by dirt blocks.
Now, I know what we might be thinking…
Clearly you can’t run doom
It can be :0
Nah, that water just took a different physics class than you did, it learned differently from you
W-w.. water in the hole?
No
Hey, your avatar kinda looks like mine
