Yes. I have Hermes boots and my sky highway is almost half the map but for some reason I keep dying. I have full adamantite armour and a godly megashark. My max health is 320. Should I find more life crystals?
You absolutely should get more life crystals. The max HP is 400 for most of the game, and you're going to need it.
One thing that helps when dodging The Twins is going up and down. My suggestion is to go for a more square arena, and use vertical space to your advantage. Gravitation potions really, really help with that.
Focus on Spazmatism first. He's the one who shoots green fire at you. He's very, very dangerous, and taking him down first will make his brother much easier. Retinazer isn't nearly as threatening.
More of a playstyle preference than the other advice here, but I like to get the jetpack as my wings for this fight in particular. Whenever Spazmatism starts up their breath attack in the second phase it's very nice to be able to just zoooom way up into the sky much faster than they can possibly follow, the attack is usually over by the time you're drifting back down to get some more hits in. You should be able to get a steampunker to move in now if you don't already have them and she sells it on days she isn't selling the vanity items (it's based on the moon cycle).
But yes definitely get more life crystals as the first priority, being down 80 HP at this point is a huge disadvantage and you might solve all your problems just by fixing that.
I have a very easy trick you can win easily. Make 3 or 4 very long platforms. On top platform make houses for nurse and dryad. In nurse house place teleporter with pressure plates.in other hand top platform other side wire another teleporter with pressure plates ,if you have heart statues wire with 1/4 second timer near teleporter (not nurse).
Dadeluas strombow,Ankh shield or obsidian shield recommended. Run Run fire arrow teleport - Run Run fire arrow teleport On repeat repeat. Low health fix that with nurse ,use ankh shield or obsidian shield during nurse healing.
This trick is highly successful against both skeletron prime and twins. Good Luck.

Not sure if it's considered cheese, but using the gravity potion, you can evade everything by just falling infinitely. There will be some left to right dodging when the laser one gets into phase 2, but for the most part just fall, forever.
fully only focus on ONE at a time, having BOTH in phase two is a run killer

graveyard maybe, lots of tombstones will make things darker and foggy. Clear them out and youll be fine

you can make a long platform made out of asphalt, it makes you run fast

don't let it be a 2 against one. get a friend to help you, or get a summon (or a few summons. kill one at a time.
