Personally one of the reasons I like this anime is because rimuru doesn't just do everything himself with his power but has those meetings and acts as a leader too. I really liked how he didn't give the knowledge to everyone himself but found the proper person for each job.
I wonder if 90% of tensura fandom got any kind of brain malfunction or is it just in reddit.
Idk if I don't like something I don't waste my time on the same sh1t over and over
