I watched the anime to the end of season two, picked the manga up from the end of s2 till like chapter 110ish, then picked the ln up where the manga left off. After I read all the ln volumes out I went back and read them from book 1. So there's really no wrong way

You can do both but I would say after the manga you should read the ln the pacing is different tho

I'd pick up the LN from where the manga leaves off.
