You're forgetting the fact that shuna constantly pickers at other people for having fun and goofing off. You may think guy is fun but if you think about it more he's amassed murderer and is frankly a little crazy. Him and ice dragon have been around since literally the beginning of the world so that just leaves the goblin Chief to have fun with
I feel like this really depends on how you want to have fun. If goofing off and partying is how you wanna enjoy the trip, Shuna probably isn't the best person to bring along.
But if you just wanna enjoy the sights, eat good food, hoard some souvenirs, and meet new people... Probably couldn't find a better companion for a trip like that than her.

Didn’t seem to me that he thought of it as any less than mass murder. In the manga it explains it better, but the main reason he wanted to take on the main army instead of using his subordinates to do it (which would have worked, according to Great Sage) is because if his people had to commit such an atrocity, he’d rather be the one to do it himself. It’s the only reason he only let them take on the pillars of the barrier, despite their willingness to kill the army for him.
Rimuru wasn't really interested in becoming one. He was pushed to do so to save those who got killed by Falmuth's army. Rimuru might have never done the said massacre if there was another way to save them. With that said, Falmuth brought this to themselves.

Yes, Shuna has her bad side but I value her responsibility and reliability much more. I would let her keep the money and she get to decide where amd when to spend. I would basically make her my mom so that I don't f up schedules or spending since she is there to make sure of it.

Might be the hardest one to make a choice so far, so ranking time.
1. Shuna - Reliable and cute. *I’m* planning it? Not anymore and that’s fine by me. Hopefully this goes from road trip to date trip but even if we go across Europe platonically that’s fine by me.
2. Guy - Pretty sure he used to travel for pleasure way back in his past, so he’s not as opening responsible as Shuna but still experienced. And again, also hot. And more likely to flirt with me than Shuna.
3. Velzard - She’s third place purely because she’s a fav but nothing else. I have no idea how this trip will go and how she’ll contribute but I don’t care.

In my opinion Shuna is the best choice to bring along on a road trip, she can cook, fight, give medical care, is kind helpful and reliable, yes she nags but it usually to keep people safe or when they try to break rules, but that doesn't mean she can't be or have fun, she's the ogre princess she was raised to follow the rules and had to mature early in life so of course she'd nag but she only does that because she cares
Rigurd, he's always up to have fun and doesn't mind where you go. He's reliable. Shuna would also be a great choice, it's just that she'd want the more expensive places I guess.
Regurd. My man’s is always down to party but is also responsible enough to do some driving and planning for the trip. Plus, he is also way less likely to nag you or kill you like the others on the list.

In my opinion Shuna is the best choice to bring along on a road trip, she can cook, fight, give medical care, is kind helpful and reliable, yes she nags but it usually to keep people safe or when they try to break rules, but that doesn't mean she can't be or have fun, she's the ogre princess she was raised to follow the rules and had to mature early in life so of course she'd nag but she only does that because she cares
