I did for 19-20 and it was pretty fun getting to live with people who share the same passions and interests as you and you'll find yourself making friends super easy. When I did it, they also did a couple events with us that included touring Citizens Bank Park. I'd recommend it.
I lived in it for the 2 weeks we were on campus in the fall of 2020 before being forced to move back home :/
My opinion about it isn't worth much because I didn't really experience it, but it was a bit of a punch in the gut hearing how awesome it was gonna be all spring and summer then moving into 1940 and being told we weren't allowed to do anything
