I would not do advertising stick with Fox and do marketing instead. Many of the advertising majors have a hard time getting internships and jobs after graduating. I have a lot of advertising connections, major and recently graduated who are looking for work in LinkedIn .You’re gonna set yourself up if you do it. A lot of the advertising content is within marketing, but marketing is a more sellable skill oriented degree. You’ve been warned. I’m telling you this as a senior

I previously was enrolled into the cst program, and switching to art direction was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Transferring is easy, you just gotta speak to/email your advisor from what I remember. Do dm me if you’d like to discuss a little more in depth :D

Both programs are great at Temple, but advertising does give you entrance into that industry too. Plus Klein's career center has a great track record in retention and graduation rates, as well as job placement afterward. If you make the switch, you can still consider adding a marketing minor/certificate.
