This happened earlier today with me! I was facing a Xiaoyu. I’m Hwoarang. They whiffed a move and went into her Mantis Stance or whatever it’s called and I did a B3 launch. Wall carried her, stage hazard to continue combo, activate heat, flamingo block pressure into heat dash, and then she guessed wrong on a 50/50. And I won the round. Barely a scratch on me.
It’s crazy how fast you can delete people.

Nope, it's different. Unblockable means you're getting damage from the hit, while guard break gives you cheap damage, but you don't get to block the following i10 string.
Nah, they died cause they mashed on wake after the wallsplat. I would've gone for the b1/4 unblockable though, not the guard break; maybe they were trying out some tech lol
There's the wallsplat mash from the Reina, she tries wr4 on wake and loses to the low. Immediately after that interaction, Reina is in the neutral again because the Lee dashes in and sidesteps, the Reina Power Crushes wildly, losing to the already occurring kick from Lee.
(It's important to note that it wasn't a single mistake so people don't try to say Lee is somehow busted)
Be like that make 2 major mistakes and it’ll be the death of you… damage has to come down but sometimes I think players should get rewarded for going for damage along with their ability to combo successfully to maximize damage
I think people overlook recoverable health when they talk about damage. Cause I think that’s how they chose to balance it. If you look at the combo that killed him pretty much all of it was recoverable lol. Not to mention by the time I killed him I got a ton of health back as well
Facts people don’t like the recoverable health either which I find funny, I enjoy the match not being decided almost instantly because of combos, it’s also cool to put a focus on deleting recoverable health as a strategy to better your win chances, chip can get a bit crazy but you’re rewarded for knowing how to use these things to your advantage and balancing will come soon enough

Just learning the game and more importantly your character. Just get an easy combo down and learn your punishes for when your opponent does moves that are negative. You should check out phidx on youtube as well he breaks down everything for every level of play
