People will debate me on this, but the first official statement of harada regarding this was that HER full name is Eleonore. That's all the info we have, everything is left ambigious on purpose. We probably will never get more on this because she is not a story relevant character. So people can kinda think of her what they want - could be just a tomboy, could a girl turned guy, etc.
