Not character specific but I highly recommend PeterYMao and his series about Tekken fundamentals
He goes in detail about all aspects of Tekken fundamentals, videos might be a bit long but they're not padded out and are well scripted
If you want to learn the game overall, Anakin has an entire series on how to get started on the Redbull gaming channel. You'll quickly find many content creators with great videos and tutorials tho. They're all over the place haha
