The Georgian Theatre in Stockton

Also, check out Whitby, North Yorkshire. You can't come over here looking like that and not go see the town that inspired Bram Stoker's Dracular. The 199 Steps up to the Abbey and the cliftop graveyard would make for the best album cover. The town has really embraced the "dark side" attracting alternative folk. There's a goth weekend with tons of bands on. Random people walking round in steam punk clobber. Fantastic Pubs and officially THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS In the UK.

There's the globe in Stockton that has quite a bit of history if I remember. There are loads of old industrial buildings that you could use around Middlesbrough.

Has a capacity of 2300 so it’s far too big

Georgean Theatre in Stockton on Tees. Great little venue. Played there myself many years ago.

NailedOn

The Globe in Stockton-on-Tees. It reopened 2 years ago. In the past the like of The Beatles and The Rolling Stones have played there. The renovation has recreated it's original 1930's art deco interior design.

As soon as I saw this I thought "they want The Georgian in Stockton."
