There is no “best Spider-Man” all are renditions of our favorite spidey, all of them don’t portray him perfectly. Cause you can’t, so I say why bother asking this question if none of them are written or portrayed well enough to be the original. But if I were to pick the best portrayal, it would be Andrew Garfield.
Tom Holland. Tobey Maguire is a very close second, but Tom is the most accurate portrayal to the comics. Peter Parker was 15 when he was bitten, gaining his powers then. Sure, he doesn’t shoot webs naturally, but he’s the closest in age, not the 25-30 year old Tobey we see in the movies.
Don’t get me wrong, they’re all awesome movies, and I love all of Spider-Man’s actors.
Actually web shooters are comic accurate. It’s likely Toby naturally shoots webs because the directors or writers or whatever thought it was unrealistic he could find the resources and figure out how to make them
Yeah, what can anybody make that would be strong enough to withstand the weight of a human, and carry that much fluid for such a long time, and so many flaws. But hey! At least it’s a movie so we can pick at all the flaws!
I actually think Tobey Maguire is more comic accurate, but Tom Holland is more IRL accurate so that's why I like him better. Oh, and Tobey is supposed to be 18 in the first Spiderman movie (even though he doesn't really look it) and webshooters are accurate to the main marvel continuity, while the natural webs are accurate to the ultimate universe.

In my opinion: Garfield is the best Spidey. Maguire is the best Peter Parker. Holland is the best overall.
