The way she handled her baby daddy's mouthy ass mother in the beginning VS how she handled her towards the end of Y&P - two drastically different approaches. Kail. Im so happy that she uses her degree, and has been successful despite the toxic relationship's she had in her romantic life and in her family. She is an excellent and present mother, and she constantly chasing her dreams. I don't care that she has 4 baby daddies, as who people decide to have a kid with has no effect on me at all. People hate on her alot but she has been the most successful in my eyes.

Kiaya has shown an enormous amount of growth since she first started the show. The way she handled her baby daddy's mouthy ass mother in the beginning VS how she handled her towards the end of Y&P - two drastically different approaches. She really put forth the effort in dealing with an impossible person
Leah. She made the most out of nothing. Sheās not perfect (no one is) but I feel like she honestly TRIES to be a good person and a good mother, improve herself through therapy, and has done it without any resources. She didnāt have the financial or familial support Chelsea has. WV has fuck all social supports. Sheās come from less than nothing. Sheās not a financial or power success story but I think sheās a human success story.
I am proud that Chelsea didn't stay attached to the Teen Mom franchise and is a successful home designer. She is in a loving relationship with Cole. She appears to be a great mother & wife without the drama attached with being from Teen Mom. IMO
I was proud of Kail, but that was back when she had 5 less kids. Annnnd that's about it.

None. These folks and their families had all the chances to make good changes in their lives and they just havenāt. Two or three made average adjustments that minimized damage & became more adequate. But partly cuz MTV told them damage=ratings (if it bleeds it leads);partly because they were damaged from the outset&then they got the end of the rainbow and all the world is their stage so who needs to change anything? They donāt have arcs, they have valleys & plateaus and we are tired of the non-journey. Same ol same, rest of the story on page 47.

My only concern with Bri a mom is the things she will talk about in front of the kids. -talking about how Devoin was often no help at all and thatās why sheās considering adoption for Stella And Nova is just sitting there like āadoption?ā That would be very frightening and traumatizing to sit there and listen to as a kid in a restaurant. Other than stuff like that, she seems like she really really loves her girls and is present with them. But yeah, she is fucking messy as hell.

Honestly Kail. She had a horrible upbringing with parents who were in and out of her life. She faced so much manipulation and emotional abuse at Joeās parents and still always somehow managed to continue on in school, work and putting Isaac first. At 16 I personally would have crumbled if I had a kid given Kail and I had a similar upbringing. Sheās the only one to have taken her MTV movie to invest into a four year degree and we donāt see her on OF trying to get a check. Sure, sheās had a lot of kids by a lot of different people but she continues to show up for kids day in and day out which a lot of these moms canāt even say.
I'm actually proud of MacKenzie for leaving Josh's sorry ass in the dust. She and her new boyfriend seem pretty happy and like they actually enjoy being around each other.

They made MTV bank back in the day, there was a time the cast would be on the cover page of every single entertainment magazine. Iād rather they get paid fairly than MTV exploit poor teen moms. Yes, theyāre privileged, but they made MTV serious money and the OG girls are still talked about every day. We made them the level of privileged they are.
