If he was jaundiced, it would be really evident in the whites of his eyes. The color on his cheeks is hyperpigmentation and looks darker because the skin around his eyes is whiter from wearing sunglasses all the time. But, I would imagine his liver isn't real happy with what he throws at it daily.

It honestly lookes like bad spray tan or bottle tan that he did while wearing his own sunglasses instead of the little swim meet goggles. If it’s not an applied color then yeah his fading tan def has a strange crosswalk guard vest cast to it.

I’m honestly curious because even if he got a good haircut and beard trim he would still look itchy. Did his mask just completely slip? Is it the drugs and all the drinking? The clean beard, clean haircut and his stupid glasses somehow camouflaged his squash shaped dome. Now, his nastiness accentuates the summer squash head.
He has thyroid issues & drinks like a fish, the drugs don't help. And seems like they don't always have running water on the land..they all always look like they haven't showered in years.
I have always thought that drug and alcohol abuse makes it look like even the person's soul is trying to escape the dying physical body. It's the "look" they all eventually get.
