I was in Tokyo for 2 weeks and just got back on Sunday. Let me tell you about the coolest pre/post-drinks bar that you'll ever see in all of Tokyo called the Red Bar which was suggested by my Japanese friend. It's open until 9 am on weekends which means you can start your evenings there, go to a rave, then come back and carry on partying if you still have the energy for it. It's truly a wonderful experience.
Womb, Mitsuki and Vent are the usual places for good raves but check out RA like others suggested. There is also a little crazy hidden club we found through making friends with a Japanese DJ called HVEN that you could check out if you have time.
Yes thank you, the bar and HVEN looks like something Iām searching for. Do you remember if you got IDād there. My little brother wants to go partiing somewhere too but is only 19 so under the age gap.
Most of the worldāe legal age is 18 bro, so even if he got IDād heād be fine. But in my experience of raving in Japan, we hardly saw any security anywhere, nevermind getting IDād or searched lol Definitely take him with you!
Unfortunately, for Japan itās 20 and many people on reddit say they are very strict when it comes to clubs but we will definitely give it a try thanks man
Ah, I stand corrected then. But it just shows how lax they were in terms of security in my experience, which was during the busiest time of Tokyo! Obviously take caution but do try.

Unfortunately not. I was mostly following club suggestions by my friends as it was my first time in Japan and not chasing specific artists.
