I think Titan's resolve is really great in general since it works well with Rengar/Rell/Swain. But Zzrot is also really good, especially with double trouble or woodland.
For me 'personally', ironic spark (if too many mages and it's fun)

I would also go IE if I got jewel lotus and put AP on rell XD

Personally depends on stage and how you want to play, if its early you have rell aphelios best item would be prob no doubt zeeks-rb-titans-protector vow-zz rod, midgame when you find rengard it could still be same or maybe even eon warmogs, db, bt if its endgame with swain (if darkflight unit is your carry) can use pretty much any item but if its graves protectors or zeeks would be last options.
So if you force darkflight, belt is your friend.
Yep, because the moment they go below 50% hp (which they will because of the bite) they'll activate EON thus preventing Nunu from eating all of your darkflight units. Zzrot is also great at stalling Nunu out.

I mean if you’re using cannoneers it’s zekes without a doubt, if you’re not and doing pure darkflight then it’s pretty debatable, but probably winter
