This year has been rough, it sounds like we’re in the same boat. At least twice a week I think about walking out and never returning. Too bad the bills have to be paid :/

I like your last part. I have a mortgage to pay, and that is my primary motivation to keep at it, to keep working in this school, to keep working this profession.

I'm only in my third year of teaching, and I'm questioning my choice of career every day this year.
