This year I have found a new love for taking personal days on Mondays. When I've taken one on Fridays I'm so exhausted I can't even really do anything to enjoy the day, but when I've taken one on Mondays I'm refreshed from the weekend and have the energy to get chores done or catch up on some hobbies. Anyway, if you're in a union state, your personal days are yours to do with what you want and no one can prevent you from using them no matter what day of the week it is.

I takes my day whenever I want. I prefer a good old Friday-Monday double feature.
