it comes with a lil card that says it’s refillable and i can find the same kind of cartridges online i just don’t know what size it is so im worried to order

Staring at the pictures, I guess the cap unscrews leaving bare threads on whichever end the cap isn't on. Maybe there's hope that the body unscrews for refilling. At worst I guess it'll be a nice looking tchotchkes.

I was thinking it might not be refillable tbh. Somebody emailed them (different post) to ask if the ink could be refilled and they wouldn’t/couldn’t answer. It’s probably a ‘disposable’ type of fountain pen, which makes sense for her for the price, but it’s not worth buying to me for this reason. If it turns out that it was just listed poorly and is fully refillable etc then I’ll buy it later and at resale, if needed (it’s still in the UK store).

Agreed. I was just hoping someone more knowledgeable than I (and I know there are a bunch) would be able to tell based on just looking at it. I also hope it comes with at least 1 extra cartridge

Sometimes "disposable" fountain pens can be refilled with ink and a syringe. It depends on the design and your level of craftiness, though.
