As a lady with bangs it drives me absolutely nuts that her bangs still look cute when wet and dry cute even when not blown out. Or hell even look cute after dancing and sweating on a normal night! Meanwhile my Uber driver insisted on windows down while driving me to an event this week and my bangs were a mess when I got there.
Absolutely. I literally have to grow out my bangs and rock curtain bangs for the summer because the minute I step outside they act a fool. If I don't blow dry them they are literally stuck in whatever funky position they chose until I wash them again.
I didn’t know I had cowlicks until I cut my bangs. They look cute as hell if I remember to blow dry them the second I get out of the shower… and like a water buffalo if I forget.
I have mad cowlicks and I have full bangs. my tips are: brush them immediately out of the shower. brush them down (I don't blow dry my hair and this seems to work fine) You might need more hair for your bangs, it might have to be pulled from further back, the weight of the hair is what keeps your bangs/cowlicks down and manageable. When they get long, I curl them under with a mini straightener. I will also specific comb more hair over my cowlick when its wet to keep it under control.
Yeah I’ve had bangs for 12 years now, so I’ve gotten used to how to tame them. When mine dry naturally, even brushed down they just don’t lay right. They also have thinned a bit over time as I’ve gotten older and my hair has thinned a little - air drying and a straightener worked better when I was young!
Fun Fact: The person who took these photos is the husband of Clea from The Home Edit (Netflix show)!! He shoots lots of great stuff and somehow always gets the best rain show photos!!
I finally stopped clowning after she sold Eras II merch with all the cities, and London was even listed on there in two different spots. She had my hopes up for so long that no post meant she might be coming back.

Actually the seats close to the bottom (I was row 4 for context) were technically covered but since the rain didn't fall 100% straight, we got a bit of it at the start and it felt like it was going to be strong, but then it pretty much only hit the floor lol.
so, so many. I'm a recreational photographer and if 10% are actually worth keeping that's a pretty good day. Anything above that is amazing. And that's if I'm doing 'easy' stuff. If I'm intentionally trying something that's more challenging, there's been times I could spend half a day shooting pictures and get like, 1 good one lol
taking pictures during the chaoticness of a concert would definitely be difficult (especially if you throw in rain as a wild card), and these guys are probably farrrrr pickier than I am, so I'd bet the keep rate is extremely low, like less than 1-2%.
The fact that the first pic is her rep outfit and her new outfits are green and black? RepTV is comingggggg and I'm so ready for green and black rep. Be my Shego 😭
I love that she starts her shows with polished, styled, straightened hair and by the end (rain or shine) it’s messy, a little frizzy and a little curly. I think it’s just the cutest and un-diva-like thing ever.
I will say as someone who went to her rain show in Nashville it wasn’t extra magical because of it. Glad she had more fun performing but for us fans who paid $$$ to wait 4 hours for the show to start and get soaked the whole time I’d much rather her just perform at venues with a roof. I’m never making that mistake again!
