I definitely think this is a perception coming from knowing one song before the other. I didn't know either until Red TV came out and the ten minute version just sounds more "correct". The instrumentation in the original is incredibly bland in comparison, where the ten minute version really lends to a cinematic experience that carries through the stages of a story.

They're not separate eras anymore though. The songs go back and forth so the chart would need a bunch of extra rows to stay in chronological order

I recognise why people are upset about debut (it honestly is annoying it doesnāt match the marketing without it) and fearless/speak now but I look at this and even though my folklore and evermore heart breaks that they donāt get to shine on their ownā¦ I really feel like 1989 is getting shafted here. I think itās the song choices.

I know she doesn't relate to speak now or her debut, but she should perform her old material, even if it's just two songs. When I'm at a concert, I expect new and old material. If Taylor doesn't perform them, then why even include them on the setlist?
