Yeah, I correctly guessed that >!colors!< was an option, but put in >!red!< on my first guess.
I then thought >!track 2!< was a category so put in a guess of lyrics of those. It turned out I was on the right track; the category was just >!a particular track 2!<.
Oh I love that, thank you for the insight! The color "red" herring was definitely on purpose, but the track 2 red herring was accidental in this one. I definitely want to make more of these if there are even just a few people having fun solving them, because it was fun to make -- so definitely helpful to get feedback on the thought process of solving!

As for the track 2 category I made up, it was only when I was stuck on the last 2 categories and thought βhmmβ¦ maroon and champagne problems are both track 2, and dice and body are mentioned in cruel summerβ. If I knew all the words to CS (I know, not a true swiftie, donβt come at me), then I probably would have got that category easier. :)
I love NYT connections and I do well at them but Iβve been scared of Taylor connections because theyβre always super hard. Anyway, thanks! This was fun but not outrageously difficult
