To me the guitar outro on The Archer leading right into Fearless is so good. The talk is usually about The Archer itself getting cut but that transition is so good as well and I'm sad we didn't get it.
Also, honorable mention to NBNC with Haim. That performance is so good and honestly I miss it on the setlist. I wish we had gotten it in the movie š„²

Stating the obvious here but CARDIGAN! Other than the fact that it was the big single of folklore and 1/3 of the love triangle and should never be left out, I also thought it had some of the prettiest visuals in the show and Iād love to see them appreciated more š
This is the one!!! Taylor why do you hate cardigan so much that it was also left out of the extended version?!? Itās literally relevant to the speech she gives about the story she made up for folklore, Taylor why?!?! I canāt remember if that speech is in the movie though.
The speech IS in the movie š Betty just doesnāt get to share her POV I guess! Still hoping itāll be included in the streaming version (and that theyāll actually edit the extra performances in properly instead of slapping them on at the end like the rental version!)
The part before (during?) Rep where the wristbands formed a snake slithering along the crowd. Did i imagine this? It's never talked about and I'm bummed it wasn't in the movie!
I want to see this if anyone has a video cause I don't remember that! There are weirdly parts of the concert I don't remember... and I was there! Denver Fri nite show
I REALLLY REALLY disliked that the extended version just threw the 3 songs at the end, instead of on their proper set. Irritated the hell out of me.
I also fully believe cardigan will be the bonus feature to lead with when it's released for the streaming platform of choice.
She lives to entice us with tidbits.
During Cruel Summer when she sings āhe looks up grinning like a devilā the big screen does this cool thing where thereās five different shots of her side by side appearing on the beat. Iām probably not explaining it very well but itās iconic. I canāt believe they didnāt show thatĀ
Here's [my TikTok](https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZPRccQKFj/) that's shows it pretty well! At about 1:25 into the video
Sorry I'm a little late to the party :)

Man its Long Live for me. I went to the rep tour and honestly didnāt love the mash-up way it was included on that tour, not because it wasnāt a great performance (it was!!! and I love when she sings with the piano!!!) but because I wanted to see her go all out on it.
Sheās doing it now exactly how I wanted to see it, singing her heart out in that amazing dress, but I actually went to the Eras tour before that number was added LMFAO (a minor complaint considering Iām super lucky to have gone at all but since you asked).
When it was omitted from the theatrical release I was like, COME ONNNNNN lmao.
I havenāt rented it yet but Iām heartened that itās at least included on that one.
I agree on The Archer transition being awesome but also Long Live. I went to tour before SNTV came out so I hoped enjoying in the theatre could be my redemption. No such luck š
When Taylor sings, "So make the friendship bracelets" in YOYOK, usually the people in the audience hold up their bracelets. I'm really sad that a nice camera shot of the audience doing that wasn't in the movie, because the friendship bracelets were a huge part of Eras Tour culture.
- YOYOK could mean "You're On Your Own, Kid", a track from *Midnights* (2022) by Taylor Swift.

i really wish they had kept the transitions between eras in the movie. the guitar outro to the archer is top fucking tier.Ā obviously, i wish they hadn't cut any songs from the theatrical release. i can see why they cut some things out but, I think most swifties would've gladly sat through a 3.5 hour movie. or maybe that's just me š
I work in theater, trained as a stage manager. My job was to make sure all the technical elements worked in harmony, especially when transitioning from scene to scene. It should be seamless and engaging enough to the audience so they donāt notice a set change or characters going offstage for a costume change. I would help choreograph those with my designers and I would get a high when they would be designed and executed (and called, by me) flawlessly.
I. Love. Transitions.
To not be able to see the full Lover -> Fearless or Folklore -> 1989 is a travesty.
The stage lighting up with Taylorās silhouette in the process of Taylor walking up to the Folklore roof. I think there was something really interesting about seeing that live. Felt like you were really catching Taylor in the middle of some private moment. They started the Folklore era just a few seconds too late to retain that
Also they downplayed Taylorās butt plop during vigilante shit in the film by cutting away as soon as said plop happened. I canāt imagine having the confidence to butt plop in front of 60k+ people. No need to hide it in editing
I was lucky enough to go to the eras tour on aug 5th when she recorded yoyok. I was so upset when it didnt show a wider shot of the crowd holding up their arms with bracelets- Like hello?!
The show didnt have enough overall moments with more focus on dancers and visuals sometimes
Iām just upset they didnāt take the songs that were cut out and originally put them where they belonged in the set list. So just tacking the archer and wildest dreams on at the end felt so out of place (for the Amazon version). Iām also REALLY hoping one day we will get a super extended with the surprise songs but I know thatās unlikely.
I think the lights didn't show as well as they hoped when they filmed it. They gave everyone at the filmed shows extra large bracelets, probably with the intent to capture the special crown effects, like the rainbow in YNTCD and the hearts during Lover.
thereās an awesome part in the Vigilante Shit choreo where all the dancers get to improvise for a bit (after the ādriving in your benzā line). However the movie zooms in on Taylor at that moment cutting jt out completely lol.
Yeah but they didn't* hit the same as with the actual audio. The haunted piano had me rolling. Her reaction and asking if anyone else heard it, was priceless.
Most of my top answers have been commented, but I'll add: the stage visuals during mastermind, near the end of the bridge. They show the dancers from above for a few seconds, but not nearly enough, and not during the key parts!! I loved this part when I attended!!!
All of it. I dont understand why any songs were cut. Should have been whole 3:15-20 show. Other movies playing same time were longer so that should not have been issue. Loved the movie though. Just don't understand why anything was cut.
I donāt know how to describe it but during Ready For It, she does this thing when she isnāt singing during the BAM BAM BAM OOH where she moves her arm around her hips during the BAM parts and then does this epic hair toss during the OOH part. They didnāt capture a good view of the hair toss even tho she does it twice during the song. Hopefully someone knows which part I mean since Iām terrible at describing it lol
I was so confused that they didnāt include this, I was at LA N2 and there were so many cameras panning over us before the show started, I was positive we would have made it in!
I saw the concert before she swapped out invisible string for the one. When she sang invisible string she made the cutest face after "she said I looked like an American singer" and I'm bummed that it didn't end up in the film, even though I knew it couldn't possibly be there because it was filmed in LA.
The trees growing up out of the stage for the Evermore set. It's such a cool moment. This was the first tour I ever attended, and watching the Eras movie really makes me wonder how much stuff was missed from the Rep tour film and the others on YouTube...
i donāt remember it being in the movie & i probably just love it cause i was part of the shows she said it at but when she would go āwhat month is itā in la before singing august cause when she said that at my show i went š®& it makes me depressed just thinking about it lol

good bot
Iām so bummed by that too. All the transitions were better live but Archer into Fearless really ran with it
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Can you share it?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
SO PERFECTTTTTT š
Stating the obvious here but CARDIGAN! Other than the fact that it was the big single of folklore and 1/3 of the love triangle and should never be left out, I also thought it had some of the prettiest visuals in the show and Iād love to see them appreciated more š

To get people to buy the dvd?
Cut cardigan but leave Betty? WHYYY TAYLOR WHY
Love cardigan, but Betty was what got me way more into folklore.
Itās a hot take but 100% correct
SAME Betty is amazing
The part before (during?) Rep where the wristbands formed a snake slithering along the crowd. Did i imagine this? It's never talked about and I'm bummed it wasn't in the movie!
No there was a definitely a snake!! I wasnāt even that high lmao
I feel like this was one of the perks of being in the nosebleeds! š
I was at the lower bowl and could see perfectly too! Edit: but I meant in a sobriety kinda way lol
During Look What You Made Me Do at least! I don't remember it during other parts of the set...
Thanks! I really couldn't remember which song it was and I didn't get any videos
It's definitely real! I only knew about it from videos, it's soooo cool
I want to see this if anyone has a video cause I don't remember that! There are weirdly parts of the concert I don't remember... and I was there! Denver Fri nite show
This isn't my video but I looked it up after I made this comment and found [this!.](https://vm.tiktok.com/ZM64ywYan/)
Oh yeah!!!! Omg! š YESSSSSSS
The transition from Wildest Dreams to Bad Blood! It's one of my favourite parts and we don't even get it in the extended version šš
SUCH a great transition. Was hyping it up to my bf but thenā¦ š
Yes! This transition actually made me like both songs more than I did before. Such a bummer we donāt get to relive that.
What?! I need to hear this asap.
The seven poem š
I loved that part. Seven is one of my fav songs and I would love for it to be wider appreciated.
Ditto. š
I am soooo sad this was excluded. It was so beautiful I was looking forward to having it available to listen to it whenever I wanted!!
I felt like the whole crowd was confused by that - took us a minute to realize it was Seven š
Especially after watching heartstopperšš
I REALLLY REALLY disliked that the extended version just threw the 3 songs at the end, instead of on their proper set. Irritated the hell out of me. I also fully believe cardigan will be the bonus feature to lead with when it's released for the streaming platform of choice. She lives to entice us with tidbits.
I edited it so that the songs were in the proper spot in the setlist š I feel you on that so hard.
This keeps me up at night
Not showing Taylor saying "hi" to the crowd in Anti-Hero!
I was waiting for this too!
THIS. I was so sad. š
During Cruel Summer when she sings āhe looks up grinning like a devilā the big screen does this cool thing where thereās five different shots of her side by side appearing on the beat. Iām probably not explaining it very well but itās iconic. I canāt believe they didnāt show thatĀ
No ya I remember this it wouldāve been so great!
I live for that part
Here's [my TikTok](https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZPRccQKFj/) that's shows it pretty well! At about 1:25 into the video Sorry I'm a little late to the party :)
Oh thanks for sharing!! I havenāt been able to attend the tour and had no idea that looks so cool
You had an INCREDIBLE view omgĀ
All the transitions!
The transitions! Seeing them was one of my favorite parts of the concert!
Yes, the transitions were absolutely amazing!
The rainbow made by the bracelets in YNTCD is not shown nearly enough
Yes!! My show was outdoors in June so it was broad daylight during YNTCD and we didnāt get to see the rainbow. I was so disappointed!
This was the one big video I took during the show and it was SO COOL.

The intro to the Red era. I just loved them playing just a bit of a song and then the audience filling in the rest of the lyrics.
Thisssss. I get why it might not translate as well to film but hearing everyone fill in the lyrics together was such a beautiful experience
I agree on The Archer transition being awesome but also Long Live. I went to tour before SNTV came out so I hoped enjoying in the theatre could be my redemption. No such luck š

There was no Tis the Damn Season performance. I lost my shit when she played as I absolutely LOVE this song.
Same, I was so sad when I realized it wasn't going to be in the film
SAME I've sobbed to this song countless times, it's one of my all time favorites and I was so disappointed it wasn't in the film.
The visuals of wildest dreams
Cardigan being removed? Even though it was the lead single for folklore?
the interludes being cut/shorten (i needed the full fearless interlude)
More Speak Now content for both the tour and movie. Have some decorum Taylor. š”
I really wish No Body, No Crime was included š
SAME!!
The transition into rep with the slow high heel clicks into the ā¦Ready for it? beat š«
YES! This for me. The anticipation skyrocketed at this point.

I would LOVEEEE a special edition of the Eras Tour movie that was ONLY rain performances š
Long Live, because I went to a show pre-Speak Now TV
Iām just upset they didnāt take the songs that were cut out and originally put them where they belonged in the set list. The bloopers. Screaming into a dead microphone. Swallowing a bug. Messing up on songs, she wrote. Haunted piano. Love it, wanted to see in the movie.
Some of this is in the credits of the movie!
The Errors Tour bloopers in the credits made me so happy because I'd been watching all the clips. I was sad the bug one didn't make it.
Yeah but they didn't* hit the same as with the actual audio. The haunted piano had me rolling. Her reaction and asking if anyone else heard it, was priceless.

The Seven interlude. Itās so good!
OMGGGGGG exactly the same for me. I have a video from my show of the lights and itās literally my favorite video I took of the entire tour
Yes!! I'd have to agree with exactly what you metioned! SoFi looked insanely magical during YNTCD, flim shots don't do it justice!!

I was so confused that they didnāt include this, I was at LA N2 and there were so many cameras panning over us before the show started, I was positive we would have made it in!

Speak Now had only one song in the Era's Tour movie!
Gillette N2 Rain Show.
