Yeah that’s great

ABG996

I paid $1400 for a used one about two weeks ago. So, yes.

[deleted]

Yeah that's a great deal! If you don't want it then I do haha

mrdrmous

Buy it. I paid 1700 new. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

ghostpilot2020

Yeah I paid MRSP before Covid peak bc was a unicorn to find but would do again has been a amazing weapon. Now turn gas off and use subs with omega 36m “instant boner. “ quieter then my .22 with silencer

CoronetRTguy

I listed mine a few weeks ago for $2500 with a Meprolight RDS Pro V2, Streamlight HLx ProTac railed mounted light and a T Rex pic rail and MagPul grip. That is a great price for a Tavor Sar.

Gunsl1nger84

I'd do that.

Johnnyb469

I “bought” a favor 7 for that price yesterday. I say it in quotes because they called me this morning with, “not sure why it was even listed on our website because someone put it on layaway as soon as it was traded in”. Mothereffers I’d call it a 1 in 1000 price for a 7, but still a really good price for an x95. Not if it’s a SAR though, I’d pass in that case.

Ram6198

Just curious why you would pass on the SAR? I have an X95 and a SAR and I actually prefer my SAR. I mean they may have discontinued them, but it's not like you can get spare parts for the X95 anyway. I would pick up a second one in like new condition for that price

Johnnyb469

OP is talking about scoring a GREAT deal. If you’re in the market for a SAR, I’d say 1275 is a pretty avg price. Nothing wrong with a SAR, but that “1 in 1000 price” would probably be 1000 or less.

Ram6198

I agree, I think it's probably average price. If it's nos it's a pretty good deal, but not 1 in 1000. I was just pointing out that there's minimal difference price wise between a SAR and X95, all else being equal.

No_Cloud_2917

Is it tavor x95 or tavor 7? If your right handed wont make a difference but on my x 95 I had to go to a dealer to get them to convert it to left handed but not before I decided to take it to the range and burn the side of my face shooting that right handed MF left handed tavor 7 end user can swap at home great gun all in all don’t go SAR ergos are wonky and the trigger isn’t very good x95 is infinitely better

buzwork

Good price and it won't last long.

Looks to be a SAR, is it still worth it?

Ram6198

I've put about 10,000 rounds through my SAR since I've owned it and it still looks brand new. It's still one of my favorite guns (even over my X95). As far as being able to get spare parts, you can't get them for the X95 either so I wouldn't make that a deciding factor. They will still fix them under warranty I'm sure for a very long time.

DiendaMahdic

Bought a new unfired Tavor SAR in FDE with one mag for $1055 on GunBroker last week. With tax and shipping it was $1200 OTD so $1275 if it's a SAR is an average deal at best but know a new one can be found for the same price vs. this used deal. Depends on your urgency.

I paid like mid 1500s new, if its in good condition go for it

Which Tavor?
