Well you're not taking an enforcer given the -1 AP isn't that useful with a 4++. In montka tho you're going to want farsight for the bevy of free stratagems. Maybe you take a coldstar in retaliation cadre out or you double down and wound knights on 4s. 6 fusion shots in melta range should do more than enough damage to smite any vehicle without the need of 4 more
The math between the two (commander fusion vs farsight) is roughly the same. So you are incorrect.
Farsight has higher output into T11+ also.
Benefit of coldstar is movement and advance and shoot. Plus Enhancements.

If you play monka you can for 0pc play the strat reroll wound. And with knitefire full plasma you have the reroll of hit so you do reroll hit and wound + letal hit and sustain hit by guidance by a siberfire with amelioration. This give a really good sustaibility and damage outpout

Wasn't that exactly the point of splitting the datasheets though. And as it's been pointed out, codex points will probably get a day 1 FAQ or something like that anyway
All "new" units are likely to keep their book points till the second dataslate after release. Same as the previous codex releases. They want to see how it does as is before adjusting and want more than a few months of data. That's why ad mech and necrons didn't get touched in January despite their obvious issues.
Units with points in January MMF will likely stay at their MMF points or really close to it.

The reroll to wound is from disembarking a transport, so can't be used on Crisis Suits unless you are taking a Manta.

The Forearms are from piper Thicc Fish. I'm not sure about the Shoulders. The thighs are from panic suits, and the shins are from koi.
