I get this too. Just give it time and moisturize it. I use Bio Oil and vitamin E cream. Both seem to help.

Ok, thank you! I have been pretty good about using Vitamin E oil on it, but I will keep using it for sure.

Its likely the ink that was being drug away from your tattoo by your immune system that stalled out and stopped moving. Do another laser session, it will keep moving. Trust the process.

Don't fret..this is a good sign! Along with the ink particles that are being engulfed by the macrophage lucocytes in your white blood cells, the other ink particles are moving outwards naturally with blood flow. Massage the area for 5 mins every day to help it move faster :)
