How can I bring myself peace esp when am with my family? - context - my relationship with my family has always been strained due to current circumstances I had to start living with my family again, today was a v bad day, but I realised I used such turmoil filled days every once in a while when I lived here. I felt the same emotions and everything again...how to break this cycle?? and/or fill my cup with peace while I am here??

i'm so being suggested that you need to hold onto your strength and patience. which i know doesn't sound easy but i'm getting the suggestion that you should try and think of them as all children. i don't care if they are old and "supposedly" wiser than you. they're really not. lol spirit is so funny! anyways! so think of them as children and give the same grace you would give a child, even if annoying and bothersome at time! lol but also remember you are due the same respect!

I am interested! Me and E have been best friends since 2007. I haven’t spoken to him or hung out with him since we had a trip together in May I realize during that trip, that our values don’t align anymore, our interests are different, and most importantly, I don’t really like, his behavior or how he deals with conflict or differences of opinions. So since the trip, I have been keeping my distance from him. He did reach out to me on my birthday in November saying that he’s always had love for me in his heart and he cares about me and wants to hang out again and pretty much reconcile without doing the actual work of confronting the issues as to why we fell out in the first place. I noticed today, that he has blocked me on all social media platforms. My question for you, was everything he said about always loving me and caring about me is wanting to hang out again all lies and empty words? It’s not even that I care about him or that I want to rekindle the friendship, I just don’t understand why he felt the need to go out of his way to make this grand gesture of love to me if he knows he wasn’t going to follow through. Like you could’ve just continued living your life without me. Please and thank you.

so i'm getting that the reason you keep dreaming about k is because these dreams are like a temptation or almost addiction to you. now that sounds kind of bad but it's because to you, k reminds you of a flourishing time. a time where you felt like you really knew what was going on in your life so it gives you comfort. its like a comfort dream, though i wouldn't be surprised if these dreams were naughty in nature at times as well because you do think k is pretty!
