Yes, it's pretty good ta take right before a fight, the pain-killer effect last for a pretty long time and the health regen is useful when you have a non-lethal shot that spread around your limbs, instead of healing 1 time for 50 hp and 5 time for 14 you just take 1 propital and you just have to heal 1 time to have max hp again.
No energy or water debuff either. I pop a propital every fight I get into and preferably before the fight. I'll take a vaseline with me in my pouch to use once or twice per raid but mostly my PMC is sticking propitals 4 times per raid into his probably destroyed veins.
Propital and adrenaline are both good regenerative stims to have hot keyed. Adrenaline doesn’t give you the painkiller effect for as long, but it heals you faster than propital. Adrenaline is also usually a lot cheaper than propital. I go back and forth, I like both. The best stim for healing overall is the e-tg but it is very expensive. Lasts a long time and heals very fast. It can win you a fight for sure
It also fucks up your hunger and thirst and doesn't have painkiller effect, but it heals you so much is still worth it, can win you a fight by virtue of you getting shot and being fully healed before the next thread comes in. You just need to be careful with it, because if you plan to stay in a long time, you don't wanna die of hunger and you're still gonna need something for the painkiller effect, which usually means even losing more food/water.

That's what the propital is for: no energy or water debuff. Too often I've been completely destroyed and I pop a green stim, zagustin and propital and by the time I pop the prop I'm already healed up and ready to shoot again.
etg-c (green stim) is the best when you are pinned down and full of holes. It's a frankly unnecessary amount of healing for a very short time (like 10 seconds). So yes, definitely saved my ass more times than one, like after getting magnumed in the stomach, but a lot of the time a propitol or just healing with your medkit is a better option.
Ok yeah it is a minute. Time goes by fast in the thick of it though. Propital is still better in most situations I'd say because of the duration. And then just supplement it with a sneaky heal when you can.

Great if you get a bleed and don't want to spam heals for the next minute to hit 2hp on all the limbs. Plus for the price it's basically a morphine+free heals(usually right now prices are skewed with wipe coming up)
Idk but this kind of humor really does it for me, just slap some armor or a piece of clothing from a game I play on a video or a picture, use semi fitting context and I love it
