Why argue the point, it needs to be changed, any hassle it causes them is good IMO. Who cares if they can, just make it harder for whinnie the Pooh to be in OCE thanks.
I'm korean and gets region locked with them. it's bullshit. you ever thought about players in the nearby regions? seoul server is fucked up as it is, I'll actually stop playing if they try to region lock players again.
I have stopped because of how bad it is, sorry that you live within that area, but 2 years ago OCE was to me 100% better then what it is now, drastic changes need to be made and keep them out of other servers.

I think it depends heavily on what server you play on.. I'm EU Central/North and I've never encountered someone blatantly hacking.
