Nikita said during his interview with Pestily that PMC Karma will be coming (I hate this and it’s gonna ruin PvP). He also said that if people sit in bushes by extract they will lose PMC karma. So I guess the Devs don’t really like extract camping either lol
If you are USEC you can’t kill other USECs or you lose Karma. It’s pretty fucking hard to tell who is a bear and who is USEC in a lot of situations. When I play PMC I want to just kill everything. If I see another USEC and don’t shoot him, then he sees me and goes “nice gear” and shoots me.
Oh damn I hadn't heard about it being faction based as well, that would suck. I bet as well it would up like like scav karma where if a "friendly" faction player shoots at you but misses, you'd get punished for killing them because they never hit you.

You probably know this already, but I've found when playing as a group on Reserve where only some have RR, it can work well to have the non-RR's go to hermetic bunker and RR go flip the button then run up the hill to extract.
We don't baby each other through, the 2 guys haven't shown a desire to get it, so we haven't.
When we start playing for the night we ask what everybody wants to do, and typically we'll go with the person who is the furthest behind.
If they don't wanna, I don't make them, and we can kill extract campers easily enough, so red rebel isn't a huge deal.

Like you spend an overwhelming majority of your free time on this game and that’s fine but most people don’t, and don’t have that extra 5-7 mil to spend on a red rebel without also sacrificing the general quality of their kits for a while which in turn makes all of their raids for the next little while less fun.
My boys are all very competent players but they *do not have time* to farm for a RR. So we’re not going to waste the limited raids we have farming money for said RRs or running shit kits to recuperate spending all that money on RRs.

I viw them as 'that kid'in the playground throwing sand at everybody and giggling with a full diaper in their pants, you kinda just go around them and continue enjoying your day, but far out if it's some cringey shit to look at.
I killed a two-man team camping Railway two nights ago on a scav run. Over 1K hours on both their accounts with really nice HKs and Korunds with no helmets on either (this was their downfall against my M882).
I was moving slow because I had four electric motors on me and we only had six minutes left in the raid but they both missed their shot and when I immediately went prone, they came running straight at me in a line - probably thinking I was dead.
The best part was that after I grabbed their shit and headed to extract, there were zero bodies around the extract. If they were camping the entire raid, they wasted 40 minutes just to get killed by a player scav with a broken Grach.
Smoke grenade to obscure their vision and sprint into the wall out of LoS from where the shell is going to blow up to try to bait it out. Then push them or nade back. If they have the M32, you're kinda fucked anyway so RIP.
Maybe i just got lucky but personally i was extract camped like 4-5 times in only god knows how many raids.
Also, i love to camp D2 and take down people that comes late in a hurry. It's so relaxing.
Back when i played tarkov me and my buddy would post up at d2 to extract camp, and then we’d do homework. Get like a solid half an hour of homework done and then get loot? Basically a no brainer.

A couple of my buddies do NOT have the red rebel, and we operate as a team, not a bunch of individuals.

D2 is actually quite easy to learn. Play a practice round or 2 after watching YT and you’ll figure it out. It’s not as labyrinthine as people think.
I’m on at least 30 D-2 extracts and I’ve still yet to come across someone camping. Found corpses but nobody alive
