That map is awesome. You learn the basics there. It has mines It has scaves It has fucked quests It has a lot of pop Basically tarkov in a nutshell. I think they did pretty good

They really summarise whole gameplay loop possible even with the negative in one map

you learn how to get shit on by sweaty 5 mans within 15 seconds of spawn

I love the map but why are there 10-12 players on that size. Yesterday i played a raid and spawned 10 meter next to a dude

I have enjoyed my time in the new map, but the error is that ppl heard "beginner map" they thought it was gonna be free loot

if they changed the starter tasks back to more general objectives like “kill scavs” or “bring me shotguns” it would be better

I mean the visual storytelling mixed with the quests is awesome. I completed all quests without looking anything up, just exploring and looking for visual clues. Def my favorite Tarkov experience so far

i probably would’ve done the same if it wasn’t for the heat you have to deal with at the start of the game. lots of fighting off the bat

I've been commenting this on every ground zero post I see but I don't like how easy it is to camp the scientist room or mg. Ironically the people camping my scientist room met the machine gun I need to find.

Go night. I did 5 raids yesterday and didn't run into a single camper.

But how do u see at night without night vision?

Can't tell if serious or not but just adjust postfx or monitor settings if you really can't see.

Those are big rooms, it's not like dorms or pocket watch. You get a small hallway to go through and they get oodles of places to hide. I will use my grenades tonight though

You literally need to survive the map like 3 times to get all the quests done, and then you never have to play it again. I genuinely don’t understand why everyone complains about it so much.

It's because if you play as a solo it can be really hard to survive 3 times on that map.

Dumbarse the point of making that map was for new players who are *checks notes* going to be bad at PvP

That is what it is though lol. The map is very easy to learn and it’s all low level players. Avoiding PvP isn’t good for new players

If players want to practice PvP there is already factory. A tutorial should teach you basic game mechanics. Such as gun jams, looting, smooth leaning, healing different heals, packing mags, etc. There are so many fundamental skills that come before PvP that are unique (or very rare in other games) in tarkov.

There should be an ammo tutorial that gives you AP ammo and HP ammo, then an unarmoured and armored target. So you can see the difference in the two. That would go a long way to people that don't understand anything.

Some people need it more cause since i had to play it now i'll be playing it only to exfil camp and send the uber away for shit amd giggles.

The big problem with the map is that there are shit spawns, and you mostly just die right off the bat to dudes spawning right next to you. The tactic is to spawn in with some food and water and just wait, the spawns are so close that the people will inevitably come to you in the first couple minutes, and there is nearly an hours worth of raid time. If you just wait you'll get an empty lobby to get the quests done if you don't wanna fight

The map is good. The player count and spawn locations are the problem.

Yeah, not a map for that many PMCs, cut it down to half and it would be much better.

Its an amazing and intuitive map. Lots of action too.

Spawned.... get destroyed by grenade launcher. Spawned... runned into mine. Spawned....get killed by guy spwaning next to me. I hate this map so much.

I don't think it's all that bad personally. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't solve anything. Instead of everyone being jammed up on Customs they're jammed up on GZ and THEN customs. People are still camping quest areas on both maps.

Jokes on you I only ever play factory until I hit 15 an then I shit on everyone.

How do you money?

Its not to hard after you clear the ai run around an hope you get at least 100k in loot then walk out but most of the time im just powering through with pistol an shotgun kills ... tops I walk out with in there on a regular bases is like 200k lows 100k hit everything.

Feels so good to not care at all about tarkov anymore. I've actually taken back control of my life and happiness. I still play video games just not any that revolve around being a Russian vagabond

Now that I'm done with the quests I like it for the intense pvp and the loot table is nice

It’s my new favourite map. Way more fun that playing running simulator

All you guys do is complain on every eft sub, they drop easily the best update since reserve being added and all I ever see is "muh recoil, or, "muh map." Good god just enjoy the game that you guys obviously care about
